Dip with Beer
Use a long neck of Coopers Sparkling Ale. Then you can drink the beer that you don't use in the dip.
- 100gm cream cheese
- 1/2 cup thick mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp beer
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp horse radish
- 1 cup chopped gherkins
- 1 Tbsp French salad dressing
Whisk the cheese to make it creamier and then mix together all other ingredients EXCEPT the beer and gherkins. Just add them at the end.
