Santa Claus with the SIIT Girls

Santa had a problem with his trousers - all the hot weather in Thailand meant he had lost some weight. The reason the girls are smiling so much (and look a little flustered) is that 2 minutes prior to the photo Santa's trousers dropped around his ankles while he was giving out presents.
