In October 2004, Sarah and I went on a holiday to the US (photos). It came about in late August when a student of mine, Ha Duong, could not attend a conference in Philadelphia to present a paper. Therefore as a co-author I had to go. So we organised a holiday around the conference, spending a total of 3 weeks in the US.
